Learning Solutions Center Mission Statement

In alignment with our Christian values and commitment to academic excellence, Creekside Christian Academy’s Learning Solutions Center is dedicated to providing a nurturing and Christ-centered learning environment. Our mission is to support and enhance the educational journey of every student, fostering academic proficiency in reading and math, while also nurturing the unique gifts and talents of advanced math and gifted learners.


In order to meet the needs of every uniquely created child, CCA has designed four distinct supplemental programs.

STARS (K-8th)

(Support to Achieve Reading Success)

  • Two levels of support based on need
  • Level 1 - focus on comprehension and reinforcing phonics skills taught in class through an Orton-Gillingham approach, 3 days a week
  • Level 2 - focus on closing gaps in phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension through a more intensive Structured Literacy approach using Orton-Gillingham methods, 4 days a week
  • Level 1 - $1000 for the school year
  • Level 2 - $1500 for the school year
  • Individual Student Learning Plan for each student that includes specific learning strategies for individual students
  • Regular communication with parents and access to additional resources to support students at home
  • Qualification for this program is based on teacher recommendations and school/classroom assessments.

MARK (1st-8th)

(Math: Achievement, Readiness, Knowledge)

  • Personalized, self-paced, online program
  • 3-4 days a week
  • $750 per year
  • Lessons adapt and change as students master necessary skills
  • Individual Student Learning Plan for each student that includes specific learning strategies for individual students
  • Regular communication with and access to additional resources to support students at home
  • Qualification for this program is based on teacher recommendations and school/classroom assessments.

PACE (K-2nd)

(Program of Academic & Creative Enrichment)

  • Will focus on developing cognitive learning, research and reference, and metacognitive skills at each grade grouping, using principles of differentiation
  • Learning is more exploratory and student-driven
  • 4 days a week
  • $1500 a year
  • Qualification for this program is based on teacher recommendations and school/classroom assessments.

AIM (3rd-5th)

(Advancement in Mathematics)

  • Rigorous course of study that moves at a rapid pace and incorporates more challenging and complex mathematical learning for motivated students
  • 5 days a week
  • $2000 a year
  • Qualification for this program is based on teacher recommendations and school/classroom assessments
